slow day

For lunch today, Eliza and Cathy made adzuki bean brown rice.
and sauté bokchoy.
Squash and Onion nishime with carrot.
fried Dulse
and Cauliflower pickle .
and a creamy millet soup
for snack Katie made a nectarine puree with almond cream on top
For dinner Cirrus made a delicous kidney bean soup with squash and onion and leeks.
and a carrot kinpira with roasted sesame seeds.
Brown rice with wild rice.
and blached cabbage
