Back in the groove

Eduardo Cathy and I made lunch.
A creamy barley soup with leftover lentils.
Carrots.
Onions.
Burdock.
Shoyu.

Polenta.

Nikute, with onions cauliflower, burdock, deep fried Tempeh.


Eliza Mirra And Gwendolyn Cooke dinner.
Brown rice.
Kinpera with burdock and parsnip.
Pressed salad.
Blanched vegetable.
