Pan fried tempeh the. Cooked down.
Squash, onion, carrot nishime.
Blanched vegetable salad.

Kipera with carrot and burdock.
Pressed salad.


For lunch.
Brown rice.
Root vegetables cooked down.
Shoyu pickles.
Sesame seeds.
