I love Tan-pops!

I am still trying to figure out this new camera and this blog and how I want to set it all up...but I am having fun doing so will see!

Yesterday for lunch 
we had 
Barley Rice with Red Quinoa.
Onion Shoyu Pickles.
Hijiki with Daikon and Carrots.
Sauteed Parsley.







For Dinner we had one of my favorite things EVER!! 
TAN-POPS (Seitan tempura on a stick!)
with that we had Cous-Cous
Blanched Broccoli 
Blanched Salad
Clear Broth soup. 






 Today David made fresh Tofu I just had to share with you guys it was so good!
