Quiona Pasta with Parsley and Tofu


Most people think of parsley as not really a vegetable and more like a garnish... I am here to tell you I love sauteed Parsley, boiled Parsley, Parsley is delicious!!

and spending the day outside just made me crave vegetables all day

For Breakfast/Brunch 

Toast
-
Leftover Fried Beans
-
Steamed Vegetables Bok-choy, Broccoli, Daikon,
with
Tahini Dressing

Lunch

Quinoa Pasta fried with Parsley and Tofu

Salad with Annies Goddess Dressing

For Dinner we went out and had
Spring Rolls
-
and I had
Fried Veggies with Rice and Sweet potato Noodles
