We had starting chewing a golf ball size of brown rice before the rest of the meal (to hone our chewing skills!) yummmm.
For the meal we started off with a delicious barley, onion, shitaki soup. With miso.
And a nice soft boiled millet.
With a yummy fresh raw salad with carrots and pecans (I forgot what the dressing was, sorry, but we can imagine)
Sautéed bokchoy. I love bokchoy
And shoyu daikon pickles!
