We made two different kinds of sushi
One with fried tempeh,
Blanched carrots.
And sourkrout.
And brown rice
The second with
Miso tofu pickle.
White roasted sesame seeds.
Scallions.
Cucumber.
brown rice.
We served them with blanched broccoli with a dressing
And onion umeboshi pickle.
And a lentil and carrot purée soup
