Garden Greens!

I am so happy that the Garden is finely flourishing and we can eat out of it! 

Yesterday we had 
Quinoa with matchstick onions and carrots.
Miso soup.
Blanched Garden Radishes! and a little bit of Garden Kale in there





For Dinner we had 
Brown Rice with Shoyu onions Pickles
Freshly made Tofu with shoyu and mustard and scallions 
Nituke with onions, carrots, cabbage.

  1. Wow yummy...I love these foods specially when they are fresh from the garden because the nutrients and other vitamins are there also it gave the best aroma and taste with this foods like these..
