Nice soft dinner

I am a sensitive eater so some times I can't handle so much wide salty oily foods,
and I crave more simple creamy soft foods.

We had 

Soft Bulger

Blanched Daikon Greens
-
Split Chickpea Soup

  1. Interested in split chick pea soup recipe and yellow peas soup recipe (my grandma did yellow peas, maybe you know one good one:)

My favorite way to make split Chickpea soup or even Yellow Pea soup is To boil the peas for about a half an hour to 45 min, while they are cooking saute diced onions and burdock root and a little salt until the onions are caramelized a bit then add to the peas, you might need to add more water depending on how creamy or brothy you want it. then I add to the soup with Some Miso!
