KI Summer Conference has begun!


Wow!! I am at the Kushi Institute  at the 2014 Macrobiotic Summer Conference!
I am volunteering in the kitchen the whole time.
The Conference is going to go on for two weeks and I thought I would share the wonderful food that would be coming out of it! 

The First welcoming day of the conference we had for  Lunch/Brunch 

Brown Rice with Carrots and Celery
