Udon Noodles in Belgium

Here I am in Belgium with a friend and it took us nearly 24 hours to get here. 
we are in Antwerp today. it is so so pretty here! we go to a place outside of Amsterdam. 

So this is the only meal we have made here so far. and I wanted to share it with you

For Dinner
Udon Noodles 
with
Shoyu Shitaki Kombu Broth
-
Pan fried Tofu with a little Mirin
-
Blanched Bok-Choy
-
Garnished with Scallions and Nori
