I am Cooking for my Self thank you!

I just had to make it a point yesterday to cook at home...and it was sooooo good!!!! 
sometimes it is difficult to make time to cook for your self at home, when you have so many wonderful things to do in the day and it can be so easy to just grab a bite at the store or somethings. ..but nothing gives me the kind of energy as just being in the kitchen and cooking!!

For Breakfast 
Soft Quinoa

Blanched Daikon with Umeboshi paste

For Lunch
Brown Rice 
-
Roasted Almond 
-
Nishime with Burdock and Carrots and Tofu and Daikon 
-
Blanched Vegetables with Sauteed Yams dressing

For Dinner
Left over Brown Rice and Almonds
-
White Bean Soup with Onions, Burdock, Carrot, Rutabaga,zucchini,Bread Croutons
