Polenta Flip Overs!!

For Lunch
Millet cooked with Squash
-
Blanched Vegetables Napa Cabbage, Carrots
-
Miso Soup with Burdock, Wakame, Onions, Kale

For Dinner
 Polenta 
cooked then layered on top of  Sauteed Onions, Beets, and Kale then Baked then Flipped over!
-
Carrots and Carrot Tops Sauteed with Tahini 
-
 Blanched Radishes
