But I also felt extreme low energy and high energy all around me today.
For lunch we had
A udon noodle salad.
Brown rice (you got to have your rice) (nice low energy meal)
And a vegetable nituke!
For dinner Eliza did one of her very nice cooking classes.
(high energy)
We had rice kayu bread
With sesame spread, sweet onion spread, and a squash butter spread.
And a pressed salad!!
