with
tofu mayonnaise
Sauerkraut
Lentils
Salad Mix
Sauteed Carrots and Snap Peas

For Dinner  
Scrambled Tofu

Sauteed Wakame with Carrots and Burdock
 (the book used hijiki and lotus root, but I didn't have any) 
-
Steamed Kale with Pumpkin Seed Sauce

French Onion Soup with Grated Mochi
