For Dinner we had
Noodles and Broth!! Yum!! it is quite a big deal to make noodles and broth for 20 to 60 people,
but it allways comes out good and everyone loves it!!
For Lunch We Had
Rice Salad with deep fried tempeh
Fried Black Beans
Onion shoyu Pickles
Blanched Napa Cabbage
Miso Soup
