Making Sandwiches from scratch for around a 100 people is no easy task, and yes it is not the ideal meal for someone who is quieting down their diet....but for the rest of us it is sure fun and delicious.
There is a girl in Ionia who has made a name for herself of making some pretty amazing Sandwiches and it is pretty amazing she made them for all of us.
I actually ate my Sandwich the next day so I toasted my bread up, if anyone can notice.
After a yummy lunch like that we went simpler for dinner with a warm yummy porridge

I got to have a nice visit with my cousin and her family the other day.. and she is not macro or anthing and she was bringing her kids so I wanted to make something I knew they would all like!
So I made with something everyone likes and is super easy to make for a bunch of people.......Pasta!!

it was so Delicious!
I had never made pesto on my own before, but I found out it is pretty simple! yay!
I spent the day out and about yesterday, I didn't get the chance to cook any food (so I am making up for it today ;)
I got some Lunch with some friends
some times it can be tricky for me to find food
it has to be with out dairy and meat and eggs....and most of the time you can find cold things like salad and cold wraps and stuff.....so I was pleasantly surprised to find some nice warm delicious veggie wraps and hummus!
