I was so Excited when Venus crossed the sun! We got my some filtered lenses out and took pictures

And we also had for lunch

Buckwheat with onions and dandelions

blanched collards

split pea soup with seitan

We had a special meal for dinner!

we had Tacos!

with Fried Seitan

Guacamole

Spanish Rice

Chips

Black Beans

Salsa

Lettuce

White Flour Tortillas

And Cake for Strawberry Dessert!
