Oh man! There isn't a whole lot of appealing thigh you can make with soy beans, but he things you can make are so yummy.......if you make them right.

The other day we had
Brown rice
Sautéed cabbage (yay for cabbage)
Daikon shoyu pickles
And Tempe!!

This is one of my favorite ways of making Tempe

Pan frying
Then cooking it down in a shoyu ginger kombu broth for like a hour or two
The. Eating it with brown rice!!
