Winter Food

 Yesterday a nice Dark Cold and Empty day! November is creeping up on us and the community is getting quite and empty, getting ready for winter which is nice. 
the transition into winter with food is allways nice too. 
More soups and Stews and hot hardy foods!

Yesterday we had for Lunch 
Seitan Stew 
with Udon Noodles
 Onions, Carrots, Daikon, Kale, Squash.

For Dinner we had
Millet with Sesame sauce and Fried Dulse 
Fried Pinto Beans
Blanched Kale
