Eduardo has been making Ohsawa bread. Or what I call left over bread.
Today he took the millet from lunch
And mashed it up.
Added some oil and shoyu.
Some chopped walnuts
Buckwheat flour
Grated carrot
Roasted tahini.
Laid it out on a pan and baked!

Eliza Alex and Gwendolyn made dinner.
Steamed barley.
Natto.
Vegetable salad with kale and parsley. With a vinegar dressing.
Sweet vegetable lentils.
Clear broth soup.
