Full moon!

Some how it happened to end up with a child school lunch theme.
We made sandwiches with
Tempeh
Tomato
Kale
Pickle
Red onion
Mustard
And a sauce that Jo-z made.
And homed French fries.
And after we did sown dancing and jump roping.
- John Lauden and I made lunch.
Brown rice.
Onion squash sautéed for a long time with seitan.
Blanched kale with a tomato dressing.
Eliza made dinner.
Brown rice with walnuts
hijiki sautéed with onions and dried tofu.
Pressed salad.
Blanched broccoli and carrots.
Aduzki bean soup.
Laude xavier and I made lunch.
Barley rice.
Roasted sunflower seeds.
Ume pickles.
Sautéed parsley.
Baked parsnips.
Miso broth.
