Chewing Noodle Salad ??

We all want to be good little children and Chew our food (200 times remember we are macro ;)
but honestly for me....that doesn't happen alot (I am a bad chewer)
but there are meals that make chewing easier for me
and lunch yesterday was one 
Brown rice
Fresh Tempeh that has been pan fried and cooked down
Blanched Broccoli 
Umeboshi Onion Pickles
Clear broth Ginger soup!  

Snack was a Sweet Millet Pudding made with hazel nuts and dried apricots with a little brown rice syrup sweetened  chocolate  grated on top!

Dinner was a Boys night dinner! fun and delicious 
Split Pea Soup with Garlic!
Good Times Noodle Salad!!
