Eat tons of food and then Folk Dance!

 Every so often we (the community I live in) wants to have a celebration! so we have a random party!! and Eat tons of food and then Folk Dance!

For Lunch 
Black Soybean Rice
-
Baked Vegetables Carrots, Onions, Cauliflower,
baked with Cumin, Turmeric, Shoyu, Dark Sesame Oil, and some water
-
Blanched Radishes with Lemon

For Lunch Yesterday (yes I skipped Dinner)
Cauliflower puree soup
-
Brown Rice
-
Roasted Sunflower Seeds
-
Adzuki beans cooked with corn
-
Sauteed Daikon greens
-
Shoyu Pickles

For Dinner (the night we wanted to have a party)
we had Tacos!!
 with
Jasmine rice cooked with corn
-
Fried Seitan
-
Tomato Salsa
-
Raw Salad with Olives, Cucumbers and Avocados 
-
Tofu fried with radishes 
-
Tortillas
