The other day was a friend of mine birthday. and I have been wanting a good excuse to make a Tofu Cheesecake!

Sautéed Root Vegetables Squash, Yams, Beets,Onions, Cauliflower and Carrots
Left Over Pasta

and a Pecan, Almond Crust
