Dulse salad with cucumbers.
Fried tempeh then cooked down.
Blanched bok choy.


Brown rice with walknuts.
Pressed salad with tofu.
Baked root vegetables, potatos, carrots, yams, onions.
Blanched kale and carrots.


Kidney bean brown rice.
With roasted sunflower seeds.
Sautéed onion squash nishime.
Blanched kale.
Miso soup with daikon and shitaki.
