We had millet with sweet vegetable.
Sautéed broccoli with garlic.
Lentils with onion and carrot.
Pressed salad with tahini sauce.

Today Emma Phiya and I made sushis for lunch.
With brown rice and tahini and umeboshi juice, and nappa cabbage.

Kinpera with carrot, burdock, and lotus root.

Blanket broccoli robb.

And a red bean soup with onion and squash.
