We got such a exciting gift sent to us the other day, some amazing Kudzu all the way from Japan.
we got the chance to eat some delicious Gomo Dofu.
 which is this sesame jelly sort of thing, some people don't like it, but with some shoyu and ginger or horseradish I LOVE IT!


For Lunch 
Noodles and Broth

Soba Noodles
Shoyu Dashi Broth with Ginger and Kombu

Baked Sweet Potato

Long Grain Brown Rice 
Fried with Carrots and Shitaki Mushrooms

Broccoli, Cabbage, Leeks, cooked Nishime Style

Gomodofu made with Kudzu and Tahini 
with
Shoyu Horse Radish Sauce
