Today Cathy victoria and Catherine made a pressed salad
With
Hard cabbage


Red onion


And carrots all chopped up very thin.


Then massaged together with salt till juicy ;)


We also has wheat rice, and sautéed dandelion greens. And umeboshi vinegar onion pickles.
And. Miso soup.
