Lunch at home....for 30

today me a Saori made lunch! (and taught each other our different languages! English and Japanese) we made miso soup with squash and onion and wakame, we just diced the veg (about a soup bowl (that your going to eat out of) of vegetable for 1 person) and then layerd them into a pot onion then squash, then put water just enough to cover, brought up to boil turn down then cook for 7 to 10 minutes, then add as much water to get consistency you want (creamy thick or thin broth) bring up to simmer then add miso and ginger!


and to go with that we made quinoa with saute leeks as garnish.

we made a pressed salad with red onion and carrot.

we made blanched kale with a tahini lemon and ume paste sauce.
it was all very yummy!
