So I have started this 10 day diet  and I am loving it! it is so fun to just have all these menus planned out already for me to cook! 
So today was Day 1
and I am working with what I have also, so there is some changes from the book

For Breakfast
Soft Brown Rice
with
Umeboshi Plum
-
Blanched Kale
-
Miso Soup
with
Daikon and Onion

For Lunch 
Pasta Salad 
with
pieces of Seitan 
covered in Arrowroot powder then fried and cooked down

For Dinner
Barley Porridge 
-
Pressed Salad
with
Tahini Dressing
-
Water Sauteed Cabbage and Squash
