Well here I am in Austin Texas hanging out with my brother and his family, and I am cooking up a storm and I thought I share with you!

For Dinner on the first day we had
Brown Rice
-
Chickpea Salad
with Onions sauteed with fresh Shitaki Mushrooms and Cellery, and Carrots
-
Blanched Garden Kale

For Lunch the second day 
Buckwheat

Left over Chickpea Salad
-
Tempeh Nishime 
-
Left over Kale with a Tahini Umeboshi Vinegar dressing

For Dinner
Adzuki Bean soup 
with
Onions, Carrots, Squash, Cellery, Corn

Fried Mochi
