Day 5: Taking a break for the weekend

we made half way!! yay!!
it has been very fun cooking from "Mayumi's Kitchen" cookbook, and we still have five days to go...but we are going to take a break for the week end and start back up on Monday! 
I will still be posting the food I eat, just taking a break from the "10 day detox diet" for the weekend so I can go spend some time with friends and maybe go out and get some Indian food! with out having to think about staying on track with the 10 day diet. 

Day 5 
 For Breakfast
Oats and Raisins and Oatmilk 
(I love Oats so much!)

For Lunch
Udon Noodle Salad
Fried Seitan bits
Steamed Kale 


For Dinner
Brown Rice with Celery and roasted Almonds
Blanched Turnips, Broccoli and Cabbage with a green goddess Dressing
Adzuki Bean Soup with sweet Vegetables
