When you have a garden you are sometimes at the mercy of what every is ready to be harvested .
right now we have tons and tons of Turnips that are all ready to be eaten, so thats what we are cooking lots and lots of turnips......

For Lunch
Brown Rice

Carrot tops and Miso Condiments

Turnip Shoyu Pickles

Fried Wakame

Blanched Turnip Greens

Umeboshi Turnip Soup

For Dinner
Grain Corn Porridge with Sweet Vegetables, such as Onions, Carrots, Squash

Sautéed Kale
