 Lunches are perfect with Brown rice and Miso Soup
Brown Rice and Miso Soup are strong staples in Macrobiotics.

they go very well together in the morning because the fermented miso helps provide great enzymes in our stomachs for digesting the whole grain. and its freaking delicious !
