Fried Tempeh with Seaweed!

Blanched Kale
-
Pressed Salad
-
Squash Soup

For Dinner
Sweet Veggie Millet 
(the Vegetables sauteed in oil first then cooked with the Millet yum!)

Fried Black Beans with Garlic
-
Blanched Daikon and Collards with Tahini Sauce 

Dessert
Apple Crisp
