Light lunch that is quick to make!

When I struggle with digestion problems I like to cook meals that are not going to feel heavy in my stomach. Soft creamy millet is a great option just for that.

I like to make mine on the wetter side, cause I rarely enjoy dry millet. 

One of my favorite things about millet is that it is a whole grain that takes very little time to cook! I cook mine for 30 minutes and done!

I am back home!!!! yay!!! 

I actually got back home from the Kushi Summer Conference about a week ago. It has taken me a while to just come off the trip and just relax, I actually got sick the last couple of days of the conference so it took me a little while to get back on my feet. 

but I feel good now and I ready to get back to life and Everyday Food!

OK here is the deal, I Love love love Natto! 

but the thing about Natto is that people either really like it or really don't, Cause if you don't know what natto is, it is very Slimy. 

but if you love fermented foods like I do, you can't leave this one out. 

I don't know all the smarty pants stuff about what it is good and all that....All I know is it is some good sliminess!! and if you guys want I could make a cooking video on how to make it, it is so easy!

So........yeah....it has been a while...I have been super busy getting from one place (Austin Texas) to another (Maui Hawaii). But I didn't stop  cooking and taking pictures to show you guys! 

I am loving Maui so much! it so nice and warm and I get to swim in a beautiful ocean! Before I came here I always thought it was a cliche to go to Hawaii (and it is) But I just love it!!
