I spent the last couple of days getting things in order so I can settle into this Winter! I have lots of new projects in Mind!!

Today we had For Lunch

Polenta Setteld on top of Kale

Grated Daikon

Blanched Kale

Lentil Soup


For Snack we Had 
Almound Thumb Print Cookies
(which are my favorite Cookies ever!!!)

For Dinner we Had 

Buckwheat with Noodels and Parsley

Sauteed Cauliflower

Blanched Greens
-
Split Pea Soup
