Cooking when your Sick

There has been this flue that seems to be hitting everyone lately, and it has gone through this community mighty fast.
so since everyone is sick (including myself now "sniff sniff")
Every one in the community has been trying to cook with less oil and less salt,
pretty much more simple foods only which I have been loving!
For Lunch we had
Adzuki bean Rice

Blanched Vegetable Salad

Miso Soup
For Dinner
Millet with a Vegetable Kudzu sauce

Squash, Daikon Nishime

Pinto Beans pressure Cooked with Kombu and Shoyu

Raw Salad
