I was so happy when the lunch was ready and I saw what we were having!
It is exactly what I wanted on a sunny winters day!
For Lunch we Had
Blanched Daikon Greens
-
Soft Buckwheat with Onions
-
Daikon root Pickles
-
Miso Soup
For Dinner we Had
Squash and Carrots Sauteed up to a soft sweet Mush!

Brown Rice with Shoyu Onion Pickles
-
Blanch Vegetable Salad with a Tahini Dressing
-
Lentil Soup
And a Dinner we had the other day
Noodles and Broth!
