Barley Soup

I love soup! the other day I got to making a soup I have never made before....Barley Soup!
it was really good, I made it with alot of sweet vegetables and just enough barley to make it creamy!

We Had
 Barley Spup
-
Blanched kale with a Carrot Dressing
-
Fried Pinto Beans with Onions
-
Brown Rice with Black Sesame Seed Gomashio
