So we have finished the 10 detox diet from "Mayumi's Kitchen" cook book!
I am very glad I did it! it was fun to have a set meal plan for that long.
to just cook things I might not have on my own was really nice, and cook in ways I don't usually!
I did make changes according to what I had in my kitchen.
it is a great book and I recommend everybody cooking something from it once in their life!
It felt like I was doing a 10 day intensive workshop or something with practicing cooking and taking pictures, I feel like I have learned a lot just by doing something like that everyday!
